MINECRAFT & DISCORD
Server rules
The rules cover the Minecraft server, community Discord, support, reports, and suggestions. Please read them before you play or post.
Minecraft rules
These rules apply from the moment you enter the HitBackPvP SMP arena.
Fair play and game client+
- 01
Use a fair client. Hacked clients, x-ray, aim or reach assistance, velocity modification, triggerbots, autoclickers, macros, scripts, and any other unfair advantage are forbidden.
- 02
Do not exploit bugs. If something clearly behaves incorrectly, stop using it and report it. Hiding, sharing, or repeatedly abusing an exploit is punishable.
- 03
Never boost RP, XP, or statistics. Arranged kills, feeding, alternate-account farming, repeated kill trading, and any attempt to manipulate the leaderboard are prohibited.
FFA combat and behavior+
- 01
Keep FFA genuinely free-for-all. Persistent teaming, protecting another player, coordinated targeting, and handing kills to friends undermine the arena and may be punished.
- 02
Do not escape combat unfairly. Disconnecting, abusing commands, map locations, invulnerability, or other mechanics to avoid the result of a fight is not allowed.
- 03
Do not disrupt the server. Packet spam, deliberate lag, attacks on infrastructure, bypassing limits, or attempts to harm stability and other players are forbidden.
Game chat and communication+
- 01
Respect others in game chat. Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, humiliation, stalking, targeted provocation, and excessive insults are forbidden. Competitive trash talk still has limits.
- 02
Do not spam or disrupt communication. Flooding, repeated messages, excessive caps, character spam, command spam, and bypassing chat filters or a mute are prohibited. This also applies to private messages.
- 03
Do not advertise without permission. Do not promote other servers, IP addresses, websites, Discord invites, social profiles, services, or referral links, even when the address is disguised.
- 04
Protect privacy and safety. Do not request, publish, or threaten to publish personal information. Doxxing, DDoS threats, phishing, malware, IP loggers, and requests for passwords are forbidden, even as a joke.
- 05
Do not deceive other players. Impersonating staff, fake official announcements, scams, deliberate misinformation, and attempts to gain access to another account are prohibited.
Profile, trading, and moderation+
- 01
Keep all visible content appropriate. Names, skins, capes, messages, signs, item names, team names, and other player-visible content must not be hateful, sexual, extremist, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
- 02
Do not trade for value outside the server. Selling or exchanging accounts, ranks, statistics, in-game advantages, items, or services for real money or external goods is not allowed unless the server explicitly provides an official method.
- 03
Cooperate with moderation. Follow reasonable staff instructions during an investigation. Do not obstruct a case, knowingly lie, pressure witnesses, destroy evidence, or pretend to represent staff.
- 04
Report violations responsibly. Use Player support on this website and include the player, time, place, description, and original evidence. Public accusations, false reports, and manipulated evidence may be punished.
Discord rules
Community rules also cover support, reports, tickets, voice channels, and suggestion posts.
Community rules+
- 01
Respect people. Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, humiliation, stalking, and targeted provocation are not tolerated. Competitive trash talk still has limits.
- 02
Post safe content. NSFW, graphic, illegal, malicious, shocking, or otherwise inappropriate content and links are forbidden.
- 03
No spam or disruption. Flooding, repeated messages, excessive caps, reaction spam, soundboard abuse, voice disruption, and unnecessary mass pings are prohibited.
- 04
No advertising without permission. Do not promote other servers, services, social profiles, referral links, trades, or private projects without prior staff approval.
- 05
Protect identity and privacy. Do not publish, request, threaten to publish, or misuse personal information. Impersonating players, staff, or partners is forbidden.
- 06
Use channels for their purpose. Keep posts in the correct channel, follow pinned channel instructions, and do not move disputes across channels or into unsolicited direct messages.
- 07
Follow Discord's rules. Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply in addition to these server rules.
- 08
Do not evade moderation. Bypassing filters, mutes, blocks, channel restrictions, or punishments through another account or another person is a separate violation.
Reports and support+
- 01
Use the correct place. Use Player support on the website for Minecraft player reports and ban appeals. Use a Discord support ticket for other help or Discord incidents. Do not start public callouts or arguments.
- 02
Include the essentials. Provide the Minecraft name or Discord user, what happened, where it happened, approximate date and time including timezone, and the rule involved.
- 03
Attach original evidence. Use an uncut clip when context matters, clear screenshots, message links, or other relevant proof. Staff may ask for the original file.
- 04
Tell the truth. Fabricated, edited to mislead, stolen, or knowingly incomplete evidence, false reports, and attempts to frame another person are punishable.
- 05
One issue, one request. Submit each case once and keep the tracking code. Do not create duplicates, repeatedly ping staff, or ask friends to pressure the same case.
- 06
Keep cases private. Do not publish case contents, staff messages, private evidence, or personal data without permission. Reports and appeals belong in Player support, not public chat.
Ideas and feedback+
- 01
Use the ideas channel. Post suggestions in the designated channel and keep unrelated support requests, reports, and arguments out of the suggestion thread.
- 02
Explain the proposal. Describe the current problem, your proposed change, why it helps, and any important drawbacks. A title without context is not enough.
- 03
Check existing ideas. Search before posting and add useful information to an existing suggestion instead of creating duplicates.
- 04
Discuss constructively. Challenge the idea, not the author. Insults, ridicule, off-topic fights, and repeatedly demanding an answer are not feedback.
- 05
Do not manipulate support. Vote brigading, alternate accounts, reward offers, coordinated reactions, and misleading claims used to inflate support are forbidden.
- 06
Approval is not guaranteed. Votes and reactions are feedback, not a promise of implementation. Staff may accept, modify, postpone, or reject an idea.
Responsibility and penalties
One shared standard applies to the Minecraft server, Discord, support, and private cases.
Enforcement and accountability+
- 01
You are responsible for your account. Actions performed through your Minecraft or Discord account are treated as yours. Secure the account and do not lend it to bypass responsibility.
- 02
Alternate accounts do not protect you. Punishments may extend to connected accounts when they are used to evade action, continue abuse, or manipulate systems.
- 03
Ignorance is not an excuse. Joining the Minecraft server or Discord means accepting the current rules. Not reading them does not cancel responsibility.
- 04
Loopholes are still violations. Staff judge behavior by context, intent, impact, and the purpose of the rule - not only by whether the exact method is named here.
- 05
Consequences match the case. Staff may warn, mute, remove content, reset statistics, suspend, or ban depending on severity, history, cooperation, and available evidence.
- 06
Appeal properly. If you believe a decision is wrong, submit one calm appeal with relevant evidence through Player support. Public pressure, insults, or repeated appeals may cause the case to be closed.
- 07
Rules may be updated. Changes can take effect when published. Serious harmful behavior may be addressed even when a new method is not yet listed word for word.
