PRIVACY
Here you can find what data HitBackPvP may process, why it is needed, how long it is kept, and what rights you have.
The controller for this website and the HitBackPvP Minecraft server is the operator of the HitBackPvP project. Privacy enquiries and data-subject requests can be sent to privacy@hitbackpvp.cz.
The server may process a Minecraft nickname, UUID, ranking points, kills, deaths, streaks, playtime, last activity, moderation records, and technical connection data. Ban appeals and player reports contain the submitted nicknames, descriptions, optional contact, and optional evidence links. For spam protection, the IP address is stored only as a non-reversible cryptographic hash. Website infrastructure may temporarily keep technical data in security logs.
We use data to run the server and website, display the leaderboard, preserve fair play, prevent abuse, investigate reports, secure our systems, and respond to requests. Processing is based on providing the requested service, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting HitBackPvP, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where we expressly request it.
A player nickname and game statistics are publicly visible in the leaderboard and player profile. We do not sell personal data. Technical providers may process only the data needed to host and protect the service. Opening Discord or loading a skin from an external provider is governed by that provider's own privacy terms.
Public pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are used only for the protected administration and Discord OAuth verification. The Discord access token used during admin verification is not stored by HitBackPvP.
Data is kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, server security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Ban appeals, player reports, and decisions may be retained for the duration of the case and a reasonable period afterwards to prevent repeated abuse. Test-season statistics may be reset or archived. Access is limited and reasonable technical safeguards are used.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it and lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify ownership of the relevant account before fulfilling a request.
